Our competitive and reasonable rates for a maintenance residential cleaning Start at $ 80.00 (3 Hrs of Service) and increase with the square footage and cleaning time needed for each client.
The cost is based on :
- General size of home, number of bathrooms , floors, bedrooms
- Lifestyle: minimalist to clutter
- Activity within the home : number of adults, children and pets
- Clients expectation: Custom cleaning requirements Frequency of clean
- weekly , Bi -weekly, monthly, Occasional
The initial cleaning fee depends on the size of your home. Because these cleaning are generally tougher and take much longer than a routine “maintenance “ cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first home cleaning. Initial cleans start at $ 110.00 (4 Hrs Of Service) and increase depending on the size and cleaning time needed.
Commercial, Move-in/Move out , Apartment and rental turnover, New Home construction and Special Events cleaning follow a different rate schedule.Please call or email for more information about these services.
The first step up and determine your to a free initial consultation. During this time we will do a walk through of the premises, design a cleaning plan and determine your pricing. During this visit we will also discuss Our cleaning procedures and answer any questions you might have.
Additional charges are applied if requested to go beyond the scope of basic cleaning services. ( Clean inside refrigerator or stove, etc. )
We currently accept Cheque’s, Cash, Money orders, Credit Card and Our Gifts Certificates.
Residential Payments are due on the day services are rendered unless other arrangements are made. Commercial payments are due Bi-weekly as services are rendered.
