FAQs:

1. We clear out when 1 inch of snow has accumulated. Even if has accumulated for 2 or more days your property will be serviced. 

2 After snow fall; how long it takes to get my residence clear: Normally 8-24 hours after, but we can't make GUARANTEES on exact service time because natural, mechanical, human or acts of God circumstances. 

3. Salting: We can salt if you require the service, you have to provide salt, we only apply on walkways and stairs(. we are not responsible for damage caused by salting.
